Check the resevation information

ご予約キャンセルの手順｜Cancellation procedure

1. 予約IDと、ご予約時のメールアドレスを入力し、予約情報を検索します。
   （※予約IDは予約確定メールに記載されています。）
2. ご予約情報右上のキャンセルボタンを押すと確認のダイアログが表示されますので、OKを押してください。
3. 最終のご案内メールがお手元に届きます。メールを受信した時点ではキャンセルの手続きは完了していません。メールに記載されているURLアドレスをクリックし、キャンセル手続きを完了させてください。

1. Please input the Reservation ID and e-mail address on the cancellation page.
   (※You can find your Reservation ID in your confirmation email.)
2. When you press the cancellation request button on the upper right of the reservation information page, a confirmation will be appeared. Please press the OK button.
3. Final confirmation email will be delivered to you. Click the URL in that to complete your cancellation.
